The buyer seeks a vendor to provide, install, and support turnkey card reader systems and payment processing solutions. The selected vendor must deliver natively compatible payment software and hardware, procure equipment, complete physical low-voltage network wiring, provision devices, and conduct system testing. Responsibilities include inspecting existing POS network infrastructure and integrating merchant systems by syncing four devices to route payments securely to three corporate bank accounts. The vendor retains ownership of software stability and security, providing automated, fee-free platform feature modifications, compliance updates, security patches, and terminal operating system updates throughout the contract. The buyer requires proposals from onshore USA organizations only. Vendors will perform the work offsite and must submit responses digitally via email or online. The buyer requires all questions submitted no later than October 2, 2026.
