Ecological Assessment and Reporting Service

The government authority in Ontario requires a vendor to deliver an ecological assessment and reporting service. The buyer needs the vendor to conduct a desktop ecological review, a terrestrial ecology assessment, an aquatic ecology assessment, and a screening for Species at Risk and migratory birds. The selected vendor must prepare a consolidated ecological assessment report that documents the methodology and desktop review findings. The buyer limits vendor eligibility to Canada Onshore vendors. The contractor will perform the work both offsite and onsite over a one-year contract period. The buyer requests proposals to establish the budget. Vendors must submit all questions no later than September 25, 2026.
