Audio-Video System Upgrade Services

The government authority in West Covina, CA requires a vendor to provide audio-video system upgrade services. The buyer needs the vendor to perform onsite work under a one-year contract. Requested scope includes providing switchable plug strips or multi-outlet assemblies to connect AC power to rack, console, and custom enclosure equipment. The vendor must use 3-conductor, gold-plated XLR balanced audio connectors with isolated shell connections. The contractor must loosely fill metal speaker enclosures with unfaced, 0.75 lb/cu.ft glass fiber batting and install speakers and baffles with a tight seal against the ceiling and enclosure.
