Bridge Study Services

The government authority located in Montana requires a vendor to provide bridge study services to evaluate the most cost-effective means to replace a bridge structure. The buyer needs the study to evaluate methods, viability, preliminary details, and costs to support local commerce and tourism by moving traffic efficiently during the replacement effort. The scope requires recommendations for constructability, Type Size and Load (TSL) calculations, hydraulic models, and public involvement with local and county entities. Additional disciplines include structural analysis and design, roadway design, traffic analysis and engineering, geotechnical investigation, survey, environmental evaluation, hydraulics analysis and design, and stakeholder coordination. The buyer limits eligibility to USA onshore organizations only. The vendor will perform the work offsite. The buyer has not provided key dates or a set budget, stating instead that it is looking for proposals.
