Intranet Modernization Services

The buyer requires a vendor to provide intranet modernization services to upgrade its current intranet into a centralized, user-friendly front door for staff communication, division content, and resources built on the city's Microsoft 365 and SharePoint platform. The requested scope includes discovery, planning, design, configuration, content migration, workflow development, testing, training, deployment, documentation, and post-implementation support. The contractor must use native SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 capabilities wherever practical, establish a centralized homepage and division hubs, create standardized page templates and metadata structures, and migrate approved content. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible for this opportunity, and performance of the work will take place offsite.
