Employee Intranet Redevelopment and Deployment Services

The City requires a vendor to provide employee intranet redevelopment and deployment services. The buyer needs a partner to leverage its existing Microsoft 365 investment to create an intuitive, accessible, engaging, and mobile-friendly employee communications platform. Using Microsoft SharePoint Online as the foundational platform, the vendor must deliver a solution that extends standard SharePoint Online capabilities. The requested scope includes improving departmental collaboration, supporting interactive content, integrating digital workplace tools, and providing analytics to measure engagement, adoption, and communication effectiveness. Eligible bidders must be onshore Canadian organizations, and performance of the work will occur offsite. Vendors may submit responses digitally via email or online. The buyer is currently looking for proposals to establish the project budget. Vendors must submit all questions no later than October 14, 2026.
