The buyer requires building condition assessments (BCAs) and elevator audits provided under separate cover, with pertinent elevator data and BCA data incorporated into the buyer's AssetPlanner database. The buyer requires consultants to assess elevator machine rooms, cabs, lifts, hoist-ways, pits, lobby equipment, and accessibility features, while also reviewing on-site maintenance records and logbooks. Consultants must populate or update all fields in the AssetPlanner database, using AuditPlanner software on Apple or Android devices to wirelessly upload data and photographs via mobile data or Wi-Fi. The buyer provides individual AssetPlanner logins for each assessor. Work occurs onsite or offsite. The buyer limits eligibility to onshore Canadian organizations and seeks budget proposals. Vendors must attend a mandatory pre-proposal meeting on September 17, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions no later than September 23, 2026.
