RFI for Platform-Agnostic, Modular Open-Architecture Health And Usage Monitoring System - Sources Sought

The buyer seeks information for a platform-agnostic, modular, open-architecture Health and Usage Monitoring System (HUMS). The requested scope includes flight line data capture and platform integration, predictive logistics and analytics, and supply chain and enterprise interoperability. The buyer also requires vibration and component diagnostics, operational usage and structural health tracking, Rotor Track and Balance automation, data offload and ground system connectivity, and data ownership, open formats, and technical data rights.
