Cloud-Based Point of Sale System

The buyer requires a vendor to supply a cloud-based point of sale system that includes a tee sheet, inventory, marketing, food and beverage, online web booking, and an online store. The system must fully integrate various modules, including point of sale, tee sheet, calendars, tournament management, marketing tools, payments, business intelligence reporting, and a digital whiteboard for maintenance staff. Specific functional needs include remote electronic tee time booking for five golf courses, gift card purchases and redemptions across six locations, multi-level staff security settings, and direct customer communication via text or email from the tee sheet. Vendors must also provide access to a fully functional test environment prior to the go-live date. The buyer limits eligibility strictly to onshore USA organizations, and the vendor will perform the work offsite.
