The buyer requires a scalable, offsite emergency notification system for a one-year contract period. The scope includes providing a branded, encrypted system that integrates with an existing mass notification setup, performs regular data backups, uses intrusion detection techniques, and supports hybrid deployment for service continuity. The system must simultaneously notify an unlimited number of recipients through various methods and offer free, instantaneous opt-in registration via mobile devices, PCs, Braille devices, or SMS. Additionally, the vendor must provide a customized resident registration portal and a website supporting accessible interactions for screen readers, Braille displays, high contrast modes, and screen magnifiers, alongside a dynamic catalog of HD-quality videos for the sensory disabled community. Only USA-onshore vendors are eligible to perform this offsite work. The buyer seeks proposal budgets, and vendors must submit responses digitally by email or online.
