RFI for Cloud-Based Communications Platform

The buyer seeks a cloud-based communications platform to deliver a consolidated, enterprise-grade solution for telephony and video collaboration. The requested scope includes providing a reliable, scalable, and secure platform accessible to students, faculty, and staff across physical campus facilities and remote locations. The platform must feature contact center capabilities, administrative and operational support tools, reporting and billing features, call routing, management, recording, unified communications with AI-enabled features, mobile access, user provisioning, API integration capabilities, emergency communication functionality, and security features that comply with industry standard security frameworks. To qualify, the bidder must be an onshore USA organization. The buyer requires all work performance to occur offsite. Regarding budget, the buyer is actively looking for proposals.
