RFI for Hosted Predictive Dialer System

The buyer seeks a vendor to provide a hosted predictive dialer system and mobile application, alongside an Automated Recruitment Communication System in a separate environment. The scope includes ongoing hosting, licensing, upgrades, maintenance, and technical support.
