Publication and Editorial Management Service

Essex County seeks a vendor to provide publication and editorial management services for a one-year contract period. The selected contractor must report to the County Parks Director or designee and begin work offsite within two working days of receiving written notice to proceed. The buyer requires the vendor to manage publication deadlines, draft county facility content, write feature articles, aggregate edits for the design team, proofread content, and provide web-ready digital issues. Additionally, the vendor must maintain advertiser contacts, recruit and sell to new advertisers, solicit event listings, update a cultural affairs web calendar, and maintain subscriber mailing and email lists. The vendor acts as a liaison to third-party vendors by gathering printing and mailing quotes and scheduling overage deliveries. Eligible vendors must be located onshore within the United States. The buyer is looking for proposal submissions regarding the budget. Vendors must submit their final invoices within 14 calendar days after contract work stops.
