Event Production, Lighting and Technical Services

The agency requires a vendor to provide campus-wide event production, lighting, staging, and technical services for various agency events and programs. The required technical scope includes speaker systems—preferably D&B, L-Acoustics, or Meyer—deployed with FIR and IIR filters to individual cabinets, and monitor speakers with a 105° x 15° dispersion pattern. Microphones must come exclusively from Shure or Earthworks, with consistent models per role unless additional brands are accepted per event or rider. The video and broadcast package requires broadcast-quality cameras outputting at least 1080i at 60 fps, LED walls, a broadcast communication system with IP interfaces, a broadcast switcher, a video playback machine, and a keyed title/graphics machine. Eligibility is limited to onshore USA organizations. The work requires both onsite and offsite performance.
