Land Lease Service

The government authority in Macon, Georgia requires a vendor to provide land lease services for agricultural production across four parcels totaling approximately 179.61 acres. The buyer reserves the right to approve or prohibit any chemical, fertilizer, pesticide, herbicide, or agricultural practice used on the airport property. The buyer may also temporarily occupy portions of the property for inspections, surveying, maintenance, construction, utilities, environmental investigations, or airport development. The lessee must maintain and keep up the property, maintain adjacent property affected by farming activities, and comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including environmental laws. Eligibility is restricted to USA organizations. Bidders may perform the work onsite or offsite. The buyer requires proposals for the budget and will execute a contract for a five-year period. Interested parties must submit all questions no later than October 02, 2026.
