Appraisal Services

The City of Lee’s Summit, Missouri, requests electronic Statements of Qualifications for RFP No. 2027-005 to provide on-call appraisal services. The buyer requires vendors to develop appraisals for commercial, industrial, residential, and other properties offsite in accordance with uniform standards of professional appraisal practice. The buyer will generally use these real estate appraisals to acquire right of way, easements, and fee simple purchases for roadway, aviation, and utility improvements. Eligibility restricts participation to USA onshore organizations, and vendors must submit a pricing proposal for tasks and personnel. Interested firms must submit proposals through the Public Purchase e-procurement system by October 1, 2026, at 5:00 PM Central Standard Time. Submittals must evaluate experience and availability of key personnel, experience on similar projects, project approach, response times, and previous work examples. Submittals cannot exceed six standard letter-size pages, plus a single-page cover letter, up to four appendix pages, and the pricing form. Vendors must include signed addendums with their electronic submittal.
