Bird Banding Services

The government authority located in Pismo Beach, CA, requires a vendor to provide bird banding services offsite during the 2027, 2028, and 2029 breeding seasons. The buyer needs the vendor to band chicks to brood and all agency chicks to individual, completing the banding within 12 hours for all hatches and within 48 hours of hatching for agency chicks. The scope also includes floating agency eggs, assisting with agency monitoring, and tracking predator activity. The vendor must maintain availability on nights, weekends, holidays, and on an on-call basis 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, as necessary during the breeding season.
