Janitorial Services

The government authority in Frankfort, Kentucky seeks a vendor to provide onsite janitorial services for a one-year contract period. The required scope includes sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors; cleaning and polishing bright metal surfaces; and cleaning entry area glass inside and outside, if applicable. Additionally, the buyer requires the vendor to clean the inside and outside of waste baskets, clean the inside of all windows, spot clean interior walls, doors, and partitions, clean mirror glass, and vacuum or dust venetian blinds, drapes, and cloth chairs. Only United States organizations are eligible to apply. The buyer is currently looking for proposals and has not provided specific budget figures. Interested bidders must note that all questions were required to be submitted no later than September 15, 2026.
