The selected vendor must prepare a comprehensive space needs assessment and program scope using current best courthouse design practices. Additionally, the vendor must create proposed conceptual designs based on that assessment and scope. The scope of work also requires the vendor to prepare operational and life cycle cost estimates comparing a standalone 36th District Court building against a combined 36th District Court and County Civil Justice Center building or complex. Only USA-based onshore organizations qualify for this opportunity, and the selected vendor will perform all work offsite. The buyer invites proposals to establish the project budget.
