Facilitator Services

The buyer in Phoenix, Arizona requires a vendor to provide facilitator services for its annual interest-based negotiations among administrative, certificated, and classified employee groups. The vendor must also supply facilitator services for a smaller, year-round salary and benefits sub-committee. Qualified facilitators must demonstrate the ability to respect all individuals and points of view, ensure the consideration of all perspectives, maintain positive professional relationships, and complete tasks inclusively. To qualify, the buyer limits eligibility to onshore USA organizations, and the vendor will perform all work offsite. The buyer currently requests proposals to determine the budget.
