Deaf/Hard of Hearing Early Intervention Services

The government authority in Ohio requires independent contractors to provide early intervention hearing services for children from birth to three years old. The selected vendors must administer functional evaluations for the deaf to determine appropriate services, participate in Individual Family Service Plan development, provide direct hearing services for deaf and hard-of-hearing children, and offer consultation to the agency's core early intervention team. To qualify, vendors must be onshore USA organizations. The buyer requires all performance of the work to take place offsite. The buyer is looking for proposals regarding the budget and has not provided a fixed figure. Bidders must submit all questions no later than October 6, 2026.
