Event Services for Fintech Xchange

The buyer requires a full-service audio/visual and event production company to support all production aspects for the 2027 Fintech Xchange conference. The requested scope includes stage scenic design and build, staging, LED video, lighting, audio, event furniture, filming, live iMag, production labor, signage, and branded fixtures. At minimum, the agency requires a show caller, audio technicians and sound engineers, lighting technicians and designers, video technicians and camera operators, a backstage manager, stage crew and riggers, and signage and branded fixture installers. Eligible bidders must be USA organizations. The labor provider must possess a track record of performance in managing conferences or events of similar size and technical complexity. Contractors will perform the work offsite. The buyer seeks proposals for the budget and accepts digital submissions via email or online. Interested parties must submit all questions no later than October 8, 2026. The buyer will hold an optional virtual pre-proposal conference on October 1, 2026.
