Snow Removal Services

The Town of Guttenberg seeks Requests for Qualifications from US-based vendors to provide snow removal services on all public streets. The required scope includes pre-storm preparation such as salting, as well as ploughing and disposal services using front-end loaders and dump trucks. Perform all required work onsite, and maintain necessary workmen’s compensation, public liability, and property damage insurance. To be eligible, bidders must comply with statutory affirmative action laws and submit various required forms, including a Business Registration Certificate and an Investment Activities in Iran certification. The evaluation criteria for awarding the contract include experience, references, and cost competitiveness. The contract term spans one year, beginning January 1, 2027, and ending December 31, 2027.
