Snow Removal and Landscaping Services

The North Dakota Department of Transportation requires as-needed snow removal and landscaping services for the Oriska Rest Area. Offerors must submit a technical proposal outlining their scope of work strategy, risk management, project management plan, and experience, along with a cost proposal. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to bid on this contract. Prospective bidders must submit all questions by October 8, 2026. The buyer evaluates proposals using a 100-point scale, allocating 60 points to the technical proposal and 40 points to the cost proposal. Technical proposals must score at least 40 points to remain responsive, and the state awards maximum cost points to the lowest price proposal using a relative formula. The contract term lasts for two years.
