Affordable Housing Attorney Services

The Borough of Fort Lee seeks qualification statements from firms to provide affordable housing attorney services on an as-needed basis during 2027. The selected vendor will perform high-quality legal work onsite in Fort Lee, New Jersey. Only United States organizations with appropriate federal and state licenses, including a Business Registration Certificate, are eligible to bid. Respondents must submit one original and two copies of their bound, signed qualification statement by mail or hand delivery by 4:00 p.m. on October 16, 2026.
