Redevelopment Attorney Services

The Borough of Fort Lee seeks an onshore, USA-based vendor to provide redevelopment attorney services on an as-needed basis. The contract term covers legal services performed during 2027, and the work requires onsite performance. Only firms demonstrating the capability and willingness to provide high-quality services may participate, and vendors must confirm federal and state licenses by submitting a Business Registration Certificate. Bidders must mail or hand-deliver an original and two bound, signed copies of their Qualification Statement to the Designated Contact Person by 4:00 p.m. on October 16, 2026. The buyer will not accept facsimile or email submissions. The Borough evaluates Qualification Statements to determine the most advantageous proposal based on experience and reputation, availability for required meetings, and a cost proposal. The Borough reserves the right to weight these criteria and will provide the weightings to respondents after receipt but prior to the public opening.
