Grant Consulting Services

The Borough of Fort Lee needs grant consulting services on an as-needed basis during 2027. The scope requires selected vendors to perform work onsite in Fort Lee, New Jersey. Eligible bidders must be USA-based onshore organizations that hold federal and state licenses, including a Business Registration Certificate, and demonstrate compliance with affirmative action requirements. Vendors must mail or hand-deliver an original and two bound copies of their Qualification Statement to the Designated Contact Person by 4:00 p.m. on October 16, 2026. The Borough will not accept submissions sent by facsimile or email. The Borough evaluates proposals based on experience and reputation, availability to accommodate required meetings, and the cost proposal. The contract term covers 2027, and the buyer is looking for proposals regarding the budget.
