Real Estate Tax Appeal Appraiser Services

The Borough of Fort Lee needs a firm to provide real estate tax appeal appraisal services on an as-needed basis during 2027. Work will occur onsite in Fort Lee, NJ. Only onshore, USA organizations with demonstrated capability, valid federal and state licenses, and a Business Registration Certificate are eligible to bid. Respondents must mail or hand-deliver one original and two copies of bound, signed qualification statements to the designated contact person by 4:00 p.m. on October 16, 2026. The Borough will not accept electronic or facsimile submissions. The Borough will evaluate qualification statements based on experience and field reputation, availability for required meetings, and cost proposals to determine the most advantageous submission. While the listing notes the budget is open for proposals, the RFQ states respondents bear all preparation costs and contract execution requires compliance with applicable affirmative action laws.
