Public Health Communication Guides Consultant Services

The City of Worcester Department of Public Health needs a contractor to provide professional consulting services to develop, review, and update a regional crisis and emergency risk communication guide and annexes. The selected vendor must also plan, conduct, and evaluate Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program compliant Tabletop Exercises for up to 45 communities, providing facilitation, presentations, Situation Manuals, and After Action Reports/Improvement Plans.
