Comprehensive Behavioral Health Services

The State of Alaska Department of Corrections needs an agency to provide comprehensive behavioral health services to individuals in custody at four department locations: Bethel, Ketchikan, Nome, and Seward. The contractor must perform in-person services or a combination of in-person and telehealth services, including clinical mental health screenings/assessments, suicide prevention training, and staff supervision under general oversight from the Chief Mental Health Officer or Chief Psychiatrist. Only onshore, USA-based organizations are eligible to bid. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted no later than October 18, 2026. A proposal evaluation committee will score responsive technical proposals out of 1,000 total available points based on firm and personnel experience and qualifications, project understanding, and cost, with an additional ten percent preference added to qualifying Alaska offerors' overall scores.
