AI Reporting Services

The buyer requires a secure, enterprise-grade AI reporting services platform to support automated police report drafting using body-worn camera video, audio, and incident data. The solution must provide AI-assisted drafting for various police reports, event timeline generation, evidence documentation support, search and retrieval capabilities, an administrative portal, usage dashboards, and user feedback mechanisms. Additionally, the system must support future upgrades and integrations with Axon Enterprise systems, Versaterm RMS (Versadex), and Hexagon/Intergraph CAD platforms, while supporting additional spoken and written languages including Spanish, Vietnamese, and Chinese. To eligible bidders, the buyer restricts participation to onshore USA organizations only, and contractors will perform the work offsite. The buyer currently seeks proposals to determine the budget. Bidders must submit all questions no later than October 6, 2026.
