The City of Quincy, on behalf of its Treasurer’s Office, is soliciting non-price and price proposals from qualified, state-certified, and licensed real estate firms or individual brokers to provide on-call professional realtor services. The scope requires marketing and selling residential, commercial, industrial, and vacant municipal tax foreclosure and surplus properties, including establishing fair market values, developing marketing strategies, listing properties on platforms like MLS, hosting site visits, providing weekly status reports, negotiating offers within set parameters, and coordinating with legal staff for closing compliance. Eligible bidders must be licensed in Massachusetts, operate within the USA, comply with tax, ethics, and conflict of interest laws, and cannot be municipal employees or elected officials for the applicable property. Proposals are due on October 15, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the Office of the City of Quincy at 1305 Hancock Street, Quincy, MA 02169. Bidders must submit non-price and price proposals in separate, clearly marked sealed envelopes, either digitally or via physical delivery, and submit a price proposal detailing their commission structure.
