Suma requires a contractor to serve as a Food Vendor Relationship Manager to establish a repeatable vendor onboarding process and manage the 2026 Holiday Special program. The requested scope includes producing reusable onboarding materials, leading holiday meal vendor recruitment, coordinating logistics, sourcing a delivery partner, and executing full project management through the post-campaign wrap-up. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to bid, and Suma strongly prefers local candidates in Portland, Oregon.
