Community School Model Strategy Support Establishing and Implementing Service

The buyer requires a vendor to provide community school model strategy support services to establish, implement, improve, and sustain the community school model statewide. The requested scope includes delivering professional learning experiences, providing technical assistance to schools and offices, and offering specialized supports such as supervising full-time, in-person community school coordinators, facilitating needs assessments, establishing leadership teams, and developing action plans. The vendor must also evaluate the effectiveness of its services regarding implementation outcomes, organizational capacity, and community impacts. Only onshore US organizations are eligible to bid, and performance of the work will occur offsite. Bidders must submit responses digitally via email or online, and the buyer requests budget proposals within the submitted responses. Bidders must submit all questions no later than October 7, 2026.
