Temporary Staffing Services

Spokane Transit Authority requires temporary staffing services for general administrative, clerical, and general labor roles on an as-required basis across various departments. Contractors must manage all payroll, taxes, workers' compensation, insurances, and employer requirements while ensuring all temporary staff complete and pass background checks including social security number verification, state criminal searches, federal criminal searches, and national multi-state searches. Only USA onshore organizations are eligible to bid, though vendors may utilize subcontractors. Bidders must submit proposals by October 27, 2026, at 4:00 PM Pacific Time, with a pre-proposal conference scheduled for October 8, 2026, at 1:00 PM Pacific Time and questions due by October 15, 2026, at 4:00 PM Pacific Time. An evaluation committee will assess responsive proposals, with Proposer Experience, Qualifications & Financial Stability weighted at 20 percent and Cost weighted at 20 percent. STA anticipates awarding a five-year contract to multiple contractors, and budget pricing is submitted via a required Price Proposal Form.
