Food and Beverage Operations Services

The City of Beloit seeks a vendor to operate the concession stand at Krueger Haskell Golf Course for the 2027 season. The operator must provide complete food and beverage services—including snacks, soft drinks, beer, wine, liquor, catering, and vending machines—while maintaining clubhouse and service areas, setting pricing, providing equipment, and staffing the operation. Only onshore, USA organizations are eligible to bid. Bidders must submit sealed proposals in an properly marked envelope to the Department of Public Works by 12:00 p.m. local time on October 15, 2026. Bidders must submit questions by email to Tonya Johann by October 1, 2026, and attend a mandatory pre-proposal meeting on October 6, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. The buyer reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities, and award the contract based on the City's best interest. Offered amounts must remain firm for at least 60 days after the due date and throughout the agreement term.
