Wellness and Stress Injury Prevention Services

The Colorado State Patrol requires a contractor to provide a proactive physiological monitoring and coaching platform to identify and mitigate chronic stress injury, sleep disruption, and burnout in law enforcement personnel. Scope includes serving up to 60 members offsite with approved wearable devices (Garmin, ŌURA, or WHOOP), continuous biometric monitoring, COYA platform access, individual coaching, onboarding, technical assistance, and aggregate de-identified reporting. Only onshore USA organizations may bid, and contractors must demonstrate experience working with first responders, law enforcement, military, or high-stress populations. Bidders must submit proposals by Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at 2:00 PM MT, while the text requests a proposal for the budget. The contract term runs through June 30, 2027, with payments made for every cohort of members.
