Electronic Media Destruction Services

The City of Arvada, Colorado seeks a contractor to provide on-call, on-site secure electronic media destruction services. The required scope includes physical destruction of end-of-life media meeting or exceeding NIST SP 800-88 Rev. 1 standards, accommodating witnessed on-site destruction, providing certificates of destruction, and documenting downstream recyclers holding certifications such as R2 or e-Stewards. Media types include laptop and desktop hard drives, tablets, mobile phones, HDDs, SSDs, and USB flash drives. The contract term is for one year. Eligibility is limited to onshore vendors in the USA.
