Micro-Internships and Experiential Learning Career-Connected Platform

Michigan State University requires a scalable, high-quality experiential learning and micro-internship platform under the Career-Connected Spartans initiative. The scope encompasses regional network development, employer sourcing, student pedagogy, equitable learning, program operations, educational technology evaluation, quality assurance, and technical architecture with integrations and accessibility compliance. Eligible respondents are onshore, USA-based organizations that perform the work offsite. Questions must be submitted electronically to Lisa True by October 12, 2026. Proposals, along with a separately attached native-format price proposal, must be fully uploaded by November 4, 2026, at 3:00 pm Eastern. An evaluation team will score responsive proposals meeting mandatory minimum requirements based on criteria including Student Experience, Pedagogy & Equitable Learning (25%), Educational Technology Evaluation (10%), and Pricing Structure and Overall Value (10%). The estimated contract award date is January 2027.
