Concession Services

The City of Alton needs a qualified vendor to manage, staff, and operate concession stand facilities during youth sports leagues, tournaments, and special events covering football, baseball, and soccer. The vendor must supply all labor, food products, beverages, paper goods, utensils, coolers, point-of-sale equipment, and operational supplies, while maintaining clean, safe, and sanitary conditions. Eligibility is limited to onshore USA organizations, and the selected vendor must possess a valid City of Alton Business License, Food Establishment Permit, and valid Food Handler Certificates for all operating staff. Applicants must hand deliver or mail one original signed copy and three duplicate copies of their proposal to Jeff Underwood, City Manager, by 3:00 PM Central Time on October 19, 2026. Electronic, telephone, and facsimile submissions will not be accepted. Submissions must include Form A, Form B with a proposed menu and pricing template, Form C with at least three business references, and Form D. Proposals will be evaluated based on menu, pricing, quality, experience, and references. The initial contract term is for one year, running from October 2026 through October 2027.
