Third Party Administrative and Actuarial Services

The City requires a vendor to provide third-party administrative and actuarial services to manage workers' compensation claims and conduct liability claim reviews. The selected vendor must handle claims administratively, maintain original files, analyze petitions, provide 24/7 online electronic system access to City staff, prepare quarterly reviews, process medical payments, and attend requested trials or settlement conferences. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid for this offsite work opportunity. Vendors must submit questions by October 19, 2026, and a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will occur on October 16, 2026.
