Web-Based Grant Application, Review, and Management Platform

The City requires a vendor to provide, implement, and support a secure, centralized, web-based grant management platform. The selected vendor must deliver project management and implementation services to configure and deploy the system, enabling City staff to manage multiple grant programs through application, review, award, administration, reporting, and closeout. Authorized staff must be able to independently configure workflows, forms, communications, scoring criteria, and reporting requirements without vendor assistance. Only United States organizations are eligible to bid, and performance of the work will take place offsite. Applicants must submit questions no later than October 9, 2026, and digital responses can be submitted via email or online. The buyer is seeking proposals to establish a three-year contract term.
