Custodial Services

The St. Louis County Library District is accepting proposals from qualified businesses to provide custodial services for its South Branches. Daily work includes sweeping, mopping, trash removal, disinfecting fixtures, and replenishing supplies at designated branch locations, with vendors responsible for visiting each site to examine field conditions. Eligible vendors must be onshore USA-based entities. Interested proposers must submit questions by email to Kelli Reeves at [email protected] with a copy to Brett Boling at [email protected] by 10:00 A.M. C.T. on October 14, 2026, following a pre-bid meeting on October 7, 2026. Completed proposals must be emailed to [email protected] by 2:00 P.M. C.T. on October 21, 2026. The contract term commences in 2026 for a one-year to three-year period, with payments made within 30 days of approved invoice submissions.
