Fireworks Show Service

The City of Orange requires a qualified vendor to produce a pyrotechnic fireworks show for its annual 3rd of July celebration at 368 North Prospect Street, Orange, CA. The requested scope includes providing accompanying music files, staging and set-up, operation, and take-down of an approximately 14-minute fireworks display. Eligible bidders are onshore USA organizations that possess all required state, federal, and City of Orange business licenses. Interested vendors must submit proposals digitally via email or online by October 27, 2026, at 2:00 PM. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 13, 2026, and all questions must be submitted no later than October 15, 2026. Proposals must include a detailed project schedule, a firm experience list of at least three reference projects, a fee proposal summary, and a separate detailed fee breakdown. The city will evaluate proposals competitively based on the firm's experience and key personnel qualifications, completeness and responsiveness of the proposal, and the cost proposal.
