The Santa Fe Irrigation District seeks a licensed commercial real estate broker to act as its exclusive leasing agent to market and lease approximately 6,000–7,000 square feet of office space at 140 Marine View Avenue, Solana Beach, CA. The selected broker will advise on space configuration, prepare a marketing plan and budget, screen prospective tenants, coordinate proposal evaluations, and assist through lease execution to secure a target long-term tenant by the fourth quarter of 2027. Only licensed onshore USA organizations with California Department of Real Estate corporate licenses and relevant experience are eligible to bid. Proposers must submit proposals digitally via email to [email protected] by October 12, 2026, at 12:00 pm, and all questions are due by October 7, 2026. Proposals must include a signed cover letter, firm overview, team resumes and DRE license numbers, regional market and public entity experience, a preliminary leasing strategy, proposed commission structure, client references, and insurance confirmations. A staff panel will score written proposals out of 100 points based on market experience (30 points), leasing strategy (25 points), team qualifications (15 points), commission structure (15 points), public agency experience (5 points), board process experience (5 points), and conflict/reference feedback (5 points). Proposers are seeking proposals that state their commission rates and budget requirements.
