Fall Festival Event Rentals Service

The scope requires providing tents, recommended cooling equipment, power accessories, and safe anchoring, while managing all related permits, inspections, utility clearances, and safety compliance. All equipment must be clean, outdoor-rated, set up by 10:00 a.m. on September 9, 2026, and removed from the site by 5:00 p.m. Eligibility is limited to USA onshore organizations. Applicants must submit an itemized proposal digitally via email or online disclosing all costs, anchoring methods, permit fees, power needs, schedule requirements, deposits, and policy disclosures for cancellation and changes. Contractor performance will be evaluated on timeliness, equipment quality, safety, site conditions, permit compliance, and prompt deficiency resolution.
