Event Management Services

The buyer requires an event management company to plan and execute a one-day skills expo event, along with its lead-up and post-event activities. The selected vendor must handle overall project management, event marketing to exhibitors, creative brief design, and the management of graphics, display systems, gamification, prize ceremonies, and sustainable branded products. Additionally, the scope includes providing on-the-ground support, security staff, and interactive experiences that help young people explore careers in Transport, Logistics, and Supply Chain. Only onshore Ireland organizations are eligible to submit proposals for this offsite work. Applicants can submit their responses digitally via email or online, and the buyer is currently accepting proposals to establish the budget.
