Sale of Real Property Service

The government authority in Griffin, Georgia requires a vendor to provide sale of real property services. The vendor must acquire tax-delinquent and donated properties in the county to return nonrevenue-generating land to effective use for affordable housing, trade, commerce, industry, and employment. Additional scope objectives include developing affordable housing for low-to-moderate-income individuals, expanding homeownership, facilitating home-buyer education, supporting neighborhood redevelopment, and supporting fair market-rate housing. The vendor must also help remediate neighborhood blight, address nuisance properties, and eliminate substandard single-family housing lots of record. Eligible applicants are restricted to onshore USA organizations, and the work will occur offsite. Interested vendors must submit proposals for the budget and send all questions no later than October 23, 2026.
