Vending Services

Solano Community College requires a vending services provider to perform onsite work at its Fairfield, CA locations. The contract period runs from January 1, 2027, through June 30, 2030, with the option to extend annually for two additional years. Eligible onshore USA proposers must provide comprehensive proposals detailing their services, products, operational approach, and value. Proposers must submit technical questions in writing to Susan Wheet by October 16, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Vendors must submit sealed bids by October 29, 2026, at 2:00 PM to Susan Wheet at the College's Finance and Administration office. The College evaluates responsive proposals to determine the best overall value based on qualifications, demonstrated experience, and service, rather than solely on price or commission percentage.
