Bond Counsel Services

The Township of Cherry Hill needs one bond counsel to handle all township debt issuances for the 2027 calendar year, provide legal counsel on past, present, and future township financing, and ensure compliance with continuing disclosure requirements. Onshore USA organizations are eligible to submit proposals for offsite contract performance spanning a one-year term. Applicants must submit sealed proposals containing one original, one copy, and a PDF format response to Patti Chacker, Township Clerk, by 11:00 A.M. on November 6, 2026. Submissions must include a narrative demonstrating work understanding, resumes of key personnel, a sample invoice, a proposed hourly rate fee schedule, a completed Price Proposal, an Ownership Disclosure Certification, and an Acknowledgement of Receipt of Addenda. The Township will evaluate proposals based on qualification requirements, price, and other factors to select the responsible respondent whose submission is most advantageous to the municipality.
